EAPGS Membership Joining/Renewing & Payment Information

EAPGS New Membership and Renewals with Donations:

The Board of Trustees is asking members to consider a membership at an elevated dollar value.  The first $35.00 will be your membership fee and the balance will become a donation towards the development and growth of the Society. 

Please consider the BRONZE level of $50 (incl. $35 fee + donation), SILVER at $100, GOLD at $250 or PLATINUM at $500. You will be provided with an emailed acknowledgment/receipt for your donation. The Board takes this opportunity to thank you in advance for your support.

HOW TO APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP:

  1. You may apply for a new membership on this site. If you join in last 3 months of current year, you will be included in yearly subscription for next year.

  2. Payment by Paypal online! The fastest way for an application to be processed is to pay the yearly fee using PayPal. (You do not need a PayPal Account to use your credit card. Just select Pay with Debit or Credit Card. Your payment will then be accepted through PayPal’s Guest Checkout secure website.)

  3. Payment by check online! Complete registration online and mail payment slip with your check made out to EAPGS to our Treasurer at:

  4. You may download a copy of the Membership Form and mail along with your check to the address noted on the application form

HOW TO RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP:

  1. You may renew a current membership or renew an expired membership on this site. 

  2. Login to Members Website (Logins remain the same for current members) Your current status will be shown on your membership page after successful login. If you have trouble logging in, first try the forgot login option. If you continue to have difficulties, please contact the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

  3. Renewal are accepted 6 months in advance for the following year and Renewal Options will show then in your Membership Status. You may Renew now at the Regular $35 Membership level or Click "Change My Membership Level"  to select a Membership Level that will include a donation towards the development and growth of the Society. Once you select a level, Click Renew Now to continue to payment.

  6. You may download a copy of the Membership Form and mail along with your check to the address noted on the application form. We will use the completed form to update any of your information. BE SURE TO STATE RENEWAL ON THE FORM AND INCLUDE YOUR MEMBERSHIP NUMBER

NOTE: If paying with mailed check, it will take longer to receive and process your application or renewal and payment. Please be patient.


How to Checkout with Paypal as a Guest

Choose your payment method:
On the EAPGS website select PayPal as your payment method and click Buy Now
You will be directed to the Secure Checkout on PayPal

PayPal
The first screen will ask you for your email address. If you are not creating a PayPal account it will be used to send your receipt
Enter email and click Continue to Payment

Pay with debit or credit card
The next screen asks for your credit or debit card information, address and contact Info
**After adding this information, directly under Contact info, click the checked Save Info & Create your PayPal Account button
The check will disappear and you will now see a Pay Now as Guest button
Click this button to Pay as a Guest and you will receive a PayPal receipt from PayPal and confirmation email from EAPGS of payment
